Return & Exchange
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Due to hygiene standards and to ensure the comfort and safety of all our customers, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. Returns or exchanges are only applicable in the event of an error or fault on our part—for example, if you receive the wrong item(s) due to a warehouse or fulfillment mistake.
If you believe your order was processed incorrectly, please contact our customer service team within 2 days (2 x 24 hours) of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.
Do not forget to provide FULL unboxing video (from opening the front package with label attached). Unfortunately, without full video, we cannot do exchange or refund.
Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
*Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location, most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on the courier you choose. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date at checkout and tracking details once your items ship.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We offer FREE shipping on orders over Rp. 1,5 mil in select regions.
Can I track my delivery?
Absolutely! Once your items are shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email. You can also log into your account to track each shipment.
Can I add bubble-wrap for more safety during delivery?
Worry-free when you shop with us! We will pack your order perfectly and SAFELY. Bubble-wrap are provided for FREE.
What if I receive a broken product?
We always take a picture of the condition before products are shipped to our customers to ensure the condition is 100%. However, we limit ourselves to open up skincare products to avoid any contact/ for hygiene purposes.
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, once your order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping courier.
If your order arrives damaged or broken due to handling during transit, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We are not liable for any damage that occurs after your package has been handed over to the courier.
We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and documenting any damage (photos of the item and packaging) to support your claim with the courier service.
