  1. What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

Due to hygiene standards and to ensure the comfort and safety of all our customers, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. Returns or exchanges are only applicable in the event of an error or fault on our part—for example, if you receive the wrong item(s) due to a warehouse or fulfillment mistake.

If you believe your order was processed incorrectly, please contact our customer service team within 2 days (2 x 24 hours) of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.

Do not forget to provide FULL unboxing video (from opening the front package with label attached). Unfortunately, without full video, we cannot do exchange or refund.
